This Silver Spring barbecue newcomer is offering a smokey alternative to the traditional roasted leg of lamb this Easter. Money Muscle BBQ is offering a build-your-own Easter dinner for two over the holiday weekend. Menu highlights include a romaine and kale Caesar salad with chicken cracklings, a smoked short rib with red wine demi-glace, a whole BBQ chicken with Kansas City BBQ sauce, and a whole branzino with lemon caper butter. All orders must be placed before Wednesday for pickup on Saturday, April 3 between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Choose between the “Bracket Buster,” a sample platter of 20 smoked chicken wings with carrots and celery, the “Full Court Press,” which comes with Texas style brisket and pulled pork, and the “Slam Dunk,” complete with a selection of barbeque, cornbread, and chocolate chip cookies. You can also add your choice of cocktail kits from their selection including Old Fashioned, Margarita, Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and more. Be sure to place your order 24 hours in advance.
